As we knew from their branding, sharing knowledge is core to addon’s mission. Technical FAQs can often feel cold or overwhelming for users, though. Traditional video explainers with "talking heads" were ruled out, as the team wanted to stay within their comfort zone while maintaining a professional image. They needed a way to deliver complex information, aimed at both freelancers and businesses, that felt accessible, and human, without losing their attention or resorting to boring, text-heavy slides.
We developed a library of animated illustration videos. By focusing on a consistent animation style, we kept the movement fluid and professional. These videos use a vibrant, energetic colour palette to keep viewers engaged while maintaining high corporate credibility. The result is a series of "fun-meets-functional" explainers that simplify complex topics. They perfectly reflect addon’s approachable brand personality while still establishing them as clear experts in their field.
