While the industry was shifting to cold calls and CV spam, founder Youssef wanted to build genuine relationships, matching freelancers based on ambition, not just skills. He needed a brand that felt as warm, authentic, and distinct as his way of working.
We ditched the corporate stock photos typical of the industry and developed a unique illustrative style. This wasn’t just an aesthetic choice, but also a strategic one. It allowed us to give every freelancer a consistent, high-quality visual presence without requiring expensive photoshoots. By combining this warm visual language with a sharpened story about “adding the right fit”, we transformed a generic player into a brand with real character.
