Cybersecurity isn't a game... or is it?

Challenge

ACEN knew their cybersecurity workshops delivered valuable insights, but the format lacked spark. They believed gamification could make complex topics more accessible and genuinely fun.

The ambition: translate cyber scenarios into a fast-paced board game with a strong learning curve, without compromising either professionalism or brand. Furthermore, it had to be memorable and visual coherent; premium yet feasible in both timeline and budget. Our cup of tea, so we eagerly pressed play on this project!

Result

We offered an A-Z service: from concept and graphic design to production and delivery. We defined the game’s visual style in line with ACEN’s brand. AI supported efficiency and cost control for a whopping 60+ unique illustrations, but the creative direction stayed fully bespoke. A great example of using AI as a tool, while keeping a human in control for direction and guarding output.

The result is a custom deck-builder board game with a board, cards, and 3D-printed figurines. B2B never became B2Boring: the game is engaging and immersive enough to elevate ACEN's workshops into memorable experiences.
