Challenge

Zebanza is a team of open-source database specialists with deep technical expertise. They wanted to build awareness and position themselves as the go-to open-source database partner. But building a company requires time and effort, and their time is better spent on architecture reviews, migrations, and performance tuning than on explaining the difference between PostgreSQL and Kubernetes to a marketing agency.

Zebanza needed a partner who could really take social media fully off their plate. One that understands the technical landscape and can think strategically about positioning and make sure their expertise is clear.

Result

We came up with a social media strategy and clear content pillars that support their need and ambition: a blueprint to help define the right topics. You won't find "Happy Easter" posts on their feed; everything starts from their expertise and the needs of their target audience.

Every month,we sit down to discuss upcoming topics and their own suggestions. Based on that content calendar, we write the posts and design visuals that reinforce their message. Zebanza simply reviews and adds input where needed. The results speak for themselves: consistent visibility, stronger positioning, and a growing community that recognises them as experts and not just service providers.
