Challenge

Kassa 33a is a BIG deal. Every year, managing partners and sales professionals from De Cronos Groep get together to connect. The goal is to break down silos and combine different skills to offer broader client solutions. As the day progresses, the vibe shifts from sports to speeches to a party. We had to capture that collaborative energy without making a professional event look like a rave video. Fun fact: we were originally only hired for photography, but they quickly realised they needed that same high-quality style in motion.

Result

During the edit, we had one key word in mind: flow. We captured key moments across different locations and stitched them together with a rhythm that feels energetic but controlled. The final cut highlights the sense of connection and shared strength across the group. Naturally, we made sure to match the video style perfectly to our photography. The organisers were delighted with the result: a mood setter that sparks FOMO for absentees and gets everyone hyped to collaborate again next year.
