Trusta is a dynamic consultancy firm that specialises in outsourcing financial experts to businesses needing flexible and high-quality talent. Anouk, Trusta’s founder, came to us with that strong vision but no established brand identity yet. She was bursting with ideas and felt it was time to start with Trusta’s online presence. That’s why she turned to us to bring the entire concept to life. Completely up our alley!
The main challenge was transforming her strong business plan into an equally powerful and consistent online identity. As a start-up company focused on outsourcing financial profiles, Trusta's messaging had to reflect both their expertise and flexibility.
Our starter package is designed specifically for emerging companies like Trusta to define their brand. It focuses on foundational branding and messaging development. We focus on co-creating a strong strategical base (a relatively simple website, some graphic assets and custom templates) that can grow with the company itself.
In other words, this package was the ideal choice for Anouk: obtain a visual concept and identity that feels trustworthy and above all very human (fitting with Trusta’s core DNA), without the overhead of a full-scale branding package.
We kicked things off with a comprehensive intake workshop to delve deeper, letting Anouk talk us through her vision. Moreover, we discussed Trusta’s services, the desired tone of voice, the target audience, USPs and so on. The session resulted in a brand story: a narrative that captures the heart of Trusta and serves as a guideline for all future communication.
From there, we translated the brand identity into visuals. We developed a branding concept with an elegant and fresh colour palette, and organic shapes that immediately resonated with Anouk. To make the brand fully operational, we delivered:

By the end of the project, Trusta had a distinctive and coherent brand identity, both visually and verbally. Their story was clear, their positioning sharp and their digital presence professional from day one.
Anouk especially appreciated the collaborative nature of our service and how we translated her abstract thoughts into something practical and real. The smooth back-and-forth and quick iterations made a big difference during those critical early stages.
