Ideally, you’ll bring a couple of years of relevant education or a strong, unmistakable passion for digital media or graphic design. We’re not fussy about specific degrees or rigid academic paths.
What matters most to us is your ability to stay in tune with current design trends and your willingness to explore new ideas with confidence and curiosity. Above all else, we value genuine enthusiasm, creative energy, and a readiness to learn. So, could you be the one we’ve been hoping to find?
We’re on the hunt for someone whose eyes start to glisten when talking about things like branding, typography, editing, lay-outing, motion design ... So, whether you’re a web design wizard, a graphic genius, or a skilled photographer/videographer, we’d love to get to know you and welcome you to our team.
Got the experience but not the largest of portfolios or the other way around? If you’re open to keep learning, we’re not even slightly concerned. Mindset over skillset any day here at Unmute You. None of us ever interned with the perfect profile and we’re all still growing. That’s the way Pippi Longstocking did it and her life seems swell to us.

Hybrid working is all the rage with us. Work from home or find your colleagues in our offices in Kontich and Ghent: we reunite on Thursdays but you’re perfectly welcome on other days as well.
Then there’s the aspect of growth. Feel free to soar and learn new things or to stay safely on the ground and become an expert in your field of choice. You’ll be given a mentor who will make sure you get everything you need, feedback included.
Obviously, we’ll treat you as one of our own when you’re here. Join us on team lunches, jump in when we’re doing something fun and bonus points if you throw around a silly joke or two.
